With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Judith A. Dillard of Greenwood, Indiana, born in Brownwood, Texas, who passed away on July 31, 2024 at the age of 81. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Judith A. Dillard to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Franklin and Wyota Elizabeth Crites (Simonson); her husband Thomas L. Dillard; and her siblings, Mary Lee, Dicky, Pennie and Kathy.

She is survived by: her children, Jeana Brown (Rodrick), Rea Warner (Anthony) and Tommy Dillard (Richel); her grandchildren, Jeana, Stevie, Conner, Taylor, Mollie, Reese and Zoe; her great grandchildren, Ella, Knox, Nolan, Crew, Keegan and Kashton; and her sibling Wyota Roberts.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Crossroads of America Council, Explorer Post 841.

“We were sorry to learn of the passing of Judy Dillard. She was a dear friend, when we attended Ritter Ave. Baptist Church before it closed. Stan and Steve will always remember her generosity with the wood she gave them to make various woodworking projects. We were happy to give her the Barbi doll clothes for her grandchildren she loved dearly. Later she came to our yard sale and bought more Barbi items for them. She will be missed and never forgotten. Mr. and Mrs. Stan Whelchel”
