It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Albert Mason (Greenwood, Indiana), who passed away on June 4, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Mason and Blanche Mason; his daughter Jennifer Mason; his brother Richard; and his sister-in-law Gladys Mason.
He is survived by: his wife Lorene Mason (Hanselman); his children, Pamela Prather (Mark) and Gary Mason (Kathryn Koger); his grandchildren, Shelly Scott (David), Tyler Mason (Kori), Matthew Prather (Leia) and Valerie VanBever (Trent); his great grandchildren, Austyn, Lona Scott, Winston VanBever and Annelle Mason; and his stepgrandchildren, Mercedes, Coltyn and Lexus Scott. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
