He was predeceased by: his parents, Forrest Stanley Judd, Sr. and Iva J. Judd (Phelps); his son Blake McCoy; and his siblings, Diane Freshour and Forrest Judd, Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Elaine Judd (Southerland); his daughters, Jicasta Hayes (Adam) and Katina Southerland; his grandchildren, Christian, Landen, Brooklyn, Trinity, Rylan, Brady, Ashden and Aden; and his siblings, Janet McKinnley and David Judd.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 7th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the G. H. Herrmann Madison Avenue Funeral Home and Cremation (5141 Madison Ave, Indianapolis, IN 46227). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, in honor of Jeff's courageous fight and to support others facing similar battles.
