She is survived by: her sons, Jeff Tetrick (Jenn) of Indianapolis and Craig Tetrick of Greensburg, IN; her brothers, Mike Milam (Joanne) of Ocean City, MD and Steve Milam (Linda) of Terre Haute, IN.; and her grandchildren, Collins Tetrick of Indianapolis, IN and Creston Tetrick of Indianapolis, IN.
