He was predeceased by: his wife Lois; his son Eric Downey; and his daughter-in-law Susan Downey. He is survived by: his children, Mark Downey, Kevin Downey (Barbara), Jacquie Downey and Kim Moore (Bob) of New Whiteland. He is also survived by his thirteen grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 1st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Franklin Central Christian Church (4100 S Franklin Rd, Indianapolis, IN 46239). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
