It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Gwendolyn Ann Burns-Mull of Greenwood, Indiana, who passed away on November 26, 2024, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Stephen A. Platt and Vernet A. Platt; her former husband Edward W. Burns; her sister Jeanine Wolff; and her grandchildren, Kelsey Beth Reitmeyer and Richard Louis Burns.
She is survived by: her husband Don Mull; her sons, Edward S., Richard W. (Mary), Craig A. (Cathy) and Thomas J. (Donna); and her brother Steve Platt (Chris). She is also survived by four granddaughters, a grandson, four great grandsons, two great granddaughters, a niece and three nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM at the Mt. Auburn Church (3100 W Stones Crossing Rd, Greenwood, IN 46143). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers monetary donations may be made to the Sanctuary Fund of Mount Auburn Methodist Church.
