He was predeceased by: his wife Gloria Carol Lynam (Walton); his daughter Rhonda Lesniak; and his siblings, Jean Ferguson and June Shrieves (Bill). He is survived by: his children, Lori Beaton (Jeff) and Stacy Lynam; his grandchildren, Jennifer'Jiff' Chapman (Ray), Lisa Philpott (Rob), Michael Lesniak and Matt Fields; his great grandchildren, Maycie Fields, Parker Lesniak and Owen Fields; his son-in-law Wayne Lesniak (Vanessa); and his sister Patricia Kirby (Ted). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
For those choosing to make a memorial contribution in George's memory, the family has suggested those be offered to either the Ronald McDonald House or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
