She is survived by: her children, Deanna Medsker (Chris Paulsen), Cheryl Taylor (Philip) and Scott Medsker (Michelle); her sister Mary Thurman; her grandchildren, Adrienne Taylor, Robert "Luke" Taylor, Robert Medsker and Haley Higdon (Devon); and her siblings, Marta Rutherford, Willa Medsker and Ronald Rutherford.
Visitation was held on Saturday, October 26th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Newcomer Funeral Home (925 E Hanna Av, Indianapolis, IN 46227). A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 26th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, October 26th 2024 from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM at the Greenwood Cemetery (620 West Main Street, Greenwood, IN 46142).
