He is survived by: his girlfriend Renee Dillard; his children, Donald (Wendy), Craig and Stephanie Boulineau; his grandchildren, Jessi, Elizabeth, Coty, Chase, Madison and Drew; and his siblings, Barbara Waterman (late Robert), Jack (Patricia), Tom (Jodee), Richard (Gerry), Ed (late Judy) and Joe (Lynda).
