He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe T. Devine and Lorriane Gay Devine; his sister Debra Jo Devine; and his sister-in-law Dawn Devine. He is survived by: his wife Lara Devine (Stebbins); his children, Joe Devine of Hay, Randi Gordon Greenfield (Rob) and Debi Devine; and his siblings, Doug Devine and Cheryl Smith (Randy) of Indianapolis. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Lemler Funeral Home (308 W Washington St, Bluffton, IN 46714). A graveside service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 12:30 PM at the SIX Mile Cemetery (IN-116, Bluffton, IN).
In lieu of flowers, the family prefers memorials be made to Samaritan's Purse and directed thru the funeral home.
