He is survived by: his wife Patricia Hicks Arthur; his daughters, Michelle Arthur and Kimberly Cahill; his sister Mona Small; and his siblings-in-law, Sandra Baumeyer and Gerald Hicks. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and great great nieces and nephews.
