She was predeceased by: her parents, William Sager and Mary Sager (Grubbs); her husband Philip Ortegel; her son Paul William Perrin (Bill); and her siblings, Everett, Donna, Gene, Billy Jo, Dorothy Jerry, Roy and Joann.
She is survived by: her children, Sam Cox (Jenny), Pam Gipson (James) and John Anthis (Liz); and her grandchildren, Morgan, Mason, Tyler (Caycia), Tanner (Lauren), Sydney, Ella, Addison of Blythe, EJ, Evelyn and Evan. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In Lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in her memory to Honey Creek Church.
