He was predeceased by: his father John Booth. He is survived by: his wife Julie Booth (Summers); his children, Aidan, Samantha and Anneliese Booth; and his siblings, John, Michael Booth, Kevin Coryell (Katrina) and Cynthia Thompson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
