He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Rol and Sylvia Rol; and his stepson John Sievers. He is survived by: his wife Cheryle R. Weidler Rol of Rol Publications; his stepdaughters, Becky J. Huntley (Mark) of Cambridge, Michelle R. Moomey of Aldie, Virginia and Rachel M. J. Sievers of Visalia, California; his children, Jack Rol of Lake City, Todd Rol of Castle Rock, Kirsten Gannon of Lake Forest and Janelle Stigall of Kansas City, Missouri; his stepdaughter-in-law Angela Whalen-Sievers of Omaha, Nebraska; and his sister Mary Jane McDonald. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
