He was predeceased by: his fathers, Bernard Winkler and John; and his siblings, Mike Winkler and Susie Winkler. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn S. Winkler; his children, Rebecca Lynn Winkler-Butts (Mark), Glenda Winkler and Tim Winkler (Donna); his grandchildren, Dakota, Summer, River and Emily; and his brother Jim Winkler. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
