He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Jennings and Mattie Beaulah Haley (Williams); and his siblings, Joyce Smith (Russell), Carolyn LaDuke (Merle), Barbara Haley, Jimmie Haley (Darlene), Ralph Haley Jr. (Barbara) and Larry Haley (Terri).
He is survived by: his sisters, Diane Woodward (Ronnie) of Walbash and Brenda Diehl (Chris) of New Albany, Indiana. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
