She was predeceased by: her parents, John R. Thompson and Alice Mae Thompson (Cunningham); her spouse Park G. Warren; and her brother Robert Thompson. She is survived by: her children, Rick Warren (Theresa) and Vickie Shuffitt (Steve); her sister Nancy Crecelius; her grandchildren, Stacy Warren and Thaddeus R. Warren; and her great grandchildren, Maxwell Warren, Theodore Warren and Talyn Jackson.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made in Helen's name to Greenville United Methodist Church at 9449 Harrison St., Greenville, IN 47124.
