He was predeceased by: his parents, Orlin Boyd and Florence Harp Harrell; his wife Elsie Barger Harrell; and his brother Kerwin Harrell. He is survived by: his sons, Kevin Barnes (Kelly) of Georgetown and Gary Wayne Harrell of Greenville, Indiana; his grandchildren, Kristy Shields (Chris), Keri Maggard (Nathan), Kyle Barnes (Kayla) and Tiffany Meeker; and his great grandchildren, Maddy Shields, Conner Shields, Chase Bright, Brayden Maggard, Shane Cundiff, Everett Cundiff, Kasen Barnes, Audrey Moore and Declan Meeker.
