She was predeceased by: her father Robert E. Prather Sr.; her husband Jerry Smith; and her daughter-in-law Pam Smith. She is survived by: her mother Jeanette Prather (Ford); her children, Gregory Smith, Annette Emerson (David) and Dawn VanBibber (Doug); her grandchildren, Shelby Waggoner (Logan), Sydney Fite, Adam Emerson, Aaron Emerson and Grace VanBibber; her great grandchildren, Eisley Fite, Bodhi Fite and Oliver Waggoner; her siblings, Robert E. Prather Jr. (Gayle) and Joyce E. Graham (Kenny); and her siblings-in-law, Max Smith (Janet), Janet Buckley, Linda Yundt (Donnie) and Loretta Majors (Wayne). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Susan's memory to Jerome Christian Church.
