With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shirley A. Frakes of Greentown, Indiana, who passed away on December 15, 2022 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William "Harold" Bugg and Doris O. Bugg (Bannon); her husband Wayne Frakes; her daughter Kathleen Frakes; and her siblings, Edward Bugg and Nancy Jo Hoff.
She is survived by: her daughters, Beth Schultz (Frederick) and Dianne Freyler (Chuck); her grandchildren, Wayne Schultz (Jennifer), Kendon Schultz (Lauren), Amy Freyler (Nick Castronuova) and Bethany Odero (Nelson); her great grandchildren, Hunter, Carson Schultz, Olivia and Levi Odero; and her sister-in-law Jean Edwards (John). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
