He was predeceased by: his father George Michael Hagood; and his sister Amy Judy. He is survived by: his mother Penelopee Dimitt (Favors); his wife Trista Lynn Cooper; his children, Grayson, Brooklyn and Uriah; and his siblings, Shad Cooper (Angel), Tabitha Cooper, Layce Collins (Daryl Shoe) and Nolan Collins (Heaven). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Donations may be made in Pat's memory to Bethel Tabernacle.
