She was predeceased by: her father Harold V. Benge; her husband Harold V. Shepard; her daughter Janice Elaine; her grandchildren, Shelly and Joshua; and her siblings, John Benge and Ruthanna Rubow.
She is survived by: her children, Sharol Eaker (Truman), Harold R. Shepard (Sandy), Ronald Shepard (Vickie), Kathleen Munro (Tim) and Rodney Shepard. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
