It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lamerle Alexander of Greentown, Indiana, born in Athens, Alabama, who passed away on September 7, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Tom Wales and Lucille Wales; and her granddaughter-in-law Michelle A.. She is survived by : her husband Jack Alexander; her daughters, Jacki Petty (Ross), Jill Shiposh (Mark) and Jennifer Poole (Dwayne); her grandchildren, Michael Lybrook (Michelle R.), Jennifer Lybrook, Amanda Lybrook, Jeffery Brandon Shiposh (Jessica), Krista Abresch (Mike), Casey Shiposh, Corey Shiposh, John Alexander, Joseph Turner (Bri), Brock Poole (Maggie) and Zachary Poole (Julie); and her sisters, Jaunell Perry, Valerie Hunt, Jeanette Smith, Kathy Bright (Al), Judy Buckler (Bob) and Rita Rice (Tim). She is also survived by 28 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren.
