She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruby Simmons (Bethea) and Herbert S. Polk (Mary); her siblings, Cecil Polk, Oliver Polk and Violet Hunter; and her great grandchild Jacob Stotts.
She is survived by: her spouse Donnie F. May; her children, Bien T. May (Dee) of Navarre, FL and Doni D. May; her grandchildren, Phillip, Cassie (David), Callie, Cadie, Joshua (Emilee) and Zachary (Olivia); and her sisters, Ann Walker (Byron) of Callahan, FL and Patsy Meeks (Randy) of Orange Park, FL.. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
