She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Dale and Ruby Kelsay (Kendall); and her brothers, Fred and Bruce Kelsay (Walter Petty). She is survived by: her daughter Dianna (Riggle) Wolfinger (Todd); her grandchildren, Amber Brantley (Kristopher), Harmony Cook Kokomo (Matt) and Derrick Turner (Jessica King) of Port Charlotte, FL; her great grandchildren, Brooklyn Brantley, Justin Brantley, Marla Murray and Kailin Cook; and her sisters-in-law, Sharon Kelsay of Little Rock, AR and Maria Kelsay.

Memorial contributions can be made to Guardian Angel Hospice in memory of Judith Ann Petty.
