He is survived by: his wife Diane Bittner; his children, Andrew Hawk (Carmen) of Fountaintown and Laura Fruth (Brad) of Amboy; his grandchildren, Jacob, Abigail, Graham Hawk, Isabel, Ruby, Evelyn and Ina Fruth; and his siblings, Kevin Hawk of Converse and Kerry DeWolf (Dan) of McDonough, GA..
