He is survived by: his wife Susan Tobin; his children, Matt A. Tobin, Darrell Tobin, Dakota Tobin, Allen Tobin, Aiden Tobin, Vanessa Hart and Desirae Tobin; his grandchild Jesse Hart; and his daughter Harmony Tobin.
