He was predeceased by: his sister Katrina Collins; his grandfather Donovan Kuhn; and his great-grandparent Norma Stanley. He is survived by: his parents, Russell Stephens and Kimberly Stephens (Kuhn) of Shelbyville; his stepmother Tracy Stephens of Geneva; his children, Gracie Stephens of Greensburg, Olivia Stephens of Shelbyville, Ava Collins of St. Paul and Rylee Stephens of Greensburg; and his sisters, Sarah Martin (Jeff) of Shelbyville, Brianna Sanchez of Geneva and Melissa Collins of Shelbyville.
