He is survived by: his parents, Bobby Sr. Cook and Diana S. Cook (McBride); his siblings, Bob Cook Jr. (Crystal), Jeremy Cook (Rhonda), Miranda Varner (Hank) and Megan Cook; his nieces and nephews, Alissa Cook, Katie Cook, Dylan Cook, Jacob Cook, Carrie Henretty, Josh Henretty, Laura Henretty and Lilly Hunter; and his great-nephew Khryslyn Henretty.
