She is survived by: her husband Hershel Houk Jr.; her children, Michelle Adams (Jim), Todd Houk (Vicki) and Craig Houk (Julie); her grandchildren, Josh (Alexis), Brandy, Hannah, Zachary, Craig Jr. and Ashley; and her great grandchildren, Aries, Caden and Hudson.
