She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Richard Collins and Frances Allene Collins (Dawson); her husband Gary Bowlby; her brothers, Paul Richard (Collins), Jerry Lee Collins and Anthony "Tony" Collins; her daughter-in-law Becki Bowlby; and her sister-in-law JoLynn Collins.
She is survived by: her stepchildren, Damon A. Bowlby of Florida and Alisan J. Moder (Tracy) of Shelbyville; and her siblings, Thomas William Collins (Kathy) of Mooresville and Angela Collins (Jack) of Oklahoma. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and several great nieces and great nephews.
