He is survived by: his fiancée Peggy Fenske of Greensburg; his children, Rachael Howard of Greensburg, Amber Dunham of Andersonville, Michael Howard, Jr. (Brandy Woodruff) of Greensburg and Adam Howard of Greensburg; his stepdaughters, Cassandra Howard of Greensburg and Nicole Fenske of Greensburg; and his brothers, Kermit Howard, Bobby Howard, Rusty Howard, Mark Howard and Jimbob Howard. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
