She is survived by: her children, Jayson Ackenback of Columbus, Brandin Ackenback of Columbus and Derek Ackenback of Columbus; her siblings, Linda Purvis of Columbus, Kim Garcia of Columbus, Sandra Handlin, Kevin Purvis of Columbus and Donny "Duck" Purvis of Columbus; and her grandchildren, Carsin, Collin, Cainin, Jaydin and Jaylynn.
