She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl F. Mohr and Bernice M. Mohr (Monroe); her husband John F. Thackery; her son Brian Thackery (Barb); and her brothers, Bruce Mohr (Helen) and Lloyd Mohr (Alice).
She is survived by: her children, Janet Chadwell (George) of Greensburg, David (Becky) and Mark (Pam) of Greensburg; her grandchildren, Brad Chadwell (Michelle), Julie Osborn (Scott), Brent Thackery, Chris Thackery (Jennifer), John Thackery (Amethyst) and Katy Hubbard (John); her stepgrandchildren, Jennifer Clemons and Jason Dyer; her great grandchildren, Gabe Chadwell (Reagan), Tiffany Kelley (Ricky), Lindsay Chadwell, Alana, Colin Osborn, Elijah, Zakarya Thackery, Evan, Landon Thackery, Elliott, Ridley Thackery, Adeline and Leo Hubbard; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Brittany Dyer, Paige Hughes, Reese Dyer, Madeline, James Corcoran and Owen Paluch. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
