He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Buhr and Elizabeth Buhr (King); his wife Karen Buhr; and his siblings, Leo Buhr, Ester Adams, Katie Buhr, Bernadette Buhr and Susie Shafer.
He is survived by: his sisters, Melba Winkle, Pattie Young (Wayne), Jackie Mains (Dave) and Theresa Souder (Joe); his brother-in-law Daniel Winkle; his grandson Logan Chastine; and his great-niece Ella Mae.
