He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren Chambers and Ethel Chambers (Butler); his wife Jewell; and his siblings, Leroy Chambers, Carol Sullivan and Gail Paton.
He is survived by: his sons, Rick Chambers (Lisa) of Greensburg and Gary Chambers (Lisa) of Greensburg; his grandchildren, Erica Kramer (Keith), Jessica Sanchez, Derek Chambers (Matison Baker), Megan Davidson (Dani), Katelyn Chambers and Kristen Chambers; and his great grandchildren, Amare, Kyrie Kramer, Nora, Liam, Eli Sanchez and Prentice Chambers.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to The Rock Bible Church in Greensburg or to an organization of the donor's choice.
