He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerald Wayne and Loretta Lee Chase (Woodruff). He is survived by: his siblings, Tammy Chase of Westport, Kimberly Knapp (Troy) of Westport, Ella Hoke (Jason) of Hope, Dennis Chase (Emma) of Osgood and Mark Chase (Brandi) of Clive, Iowa. He is also survived by 9 nieces and nephews and 7 great nieces and nephews.
