She was predeceased by: her parents, Marshall Reece and Casetta Reece (Johnson); her spouse Harley C. Sherwood; her son-in-law Dennis Bird; her siblings, Virgil Reece, Cornealious Reece, Dalthula Bailey and Katherine Conley; and her great grandchild Jacob.
She is survived by: her children, Ronald Sherwood (Jan) of Andersonville, Marilyn Moore (Dan) of West Monroe, LA, Betty Decueber (Richard) of Greensburg and Joyce Bird of Wadesville; her sisters, Mary Allen of Franklin County, IN, Marie Mays of Rushville, IN, Wanda White of Laurel, IN, Betty Sue Thompson (Rick) of Laurel, IN and Vicki Smallwood; and her grandchildren, Amy Tabor (Myles), Amanda McCullum (John), John Lewis and Jennifer Thompson (Jeremi). She is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
