Frances L. Midge Wilson Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Frances L. Midge Wilson of Greensburg, Indiana, born in Decatur, Indiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 20, 2025 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Glen E. Burton and Leona Mae Burton (Singer); and her brothers, John, Chester, Don, Mark and Terry Burton.
She is survived by: her children, Marcella E. Gabbard of Westport, Michelle E. Colley of Greensburg and Floyd E. Vanvolkenburgh (Jennifer) of Greensburg; her brother Danny Quiles of Iowa City, Iowa; her grandchildren, Amy, Gretchen, Keith, Haley, Walker and Hunter; her stepgrandchildren, Tasha and Josh; and her great grandchildren, Kiersten, Alexa, Joshua, Jacob and Jaxson.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Bass & Gasper Funeral Home (402 E Bennett St, Westport, IN 47283). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Greensburg Animal Shelter or the American Lung Society through the funeral home.
