It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Carol L. Smiley of Greensburg, Indiana, born in Shelby, Indiana, who passed away on April 25, 2023, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Tucker and Rebecca Tucker (Brown); her husbands, Michael DeBusk, Ben Applegate and Tom Smiley; and her sister Elizabeth Brown.
She is survived by: her daughter Lynne Pfeifer (Tony) of Greensburg; her granddaughter Becky Pfeifer of Greensburg; and her sisters, Barbara Skillman of Shelbyville and Karen Balting of Shelbyville. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Burney Baptist Church or Our Hospice of South Central Indiana through the funeral home.
