He is survived by: his parents, Eric Field (Randi) and Jennifer Israel (Juston); his grandparents, Sam Field (Marita), Donnie Vierling (Lisa) and George Brokering (Mary); his siblings, Tyler Field and Abigail Field; and his stepsiblings, Jacob Coons, Dylan Coons, Lukas Coons, Asher Coons (Ashley) and Natalie Israel.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the family or a charity of the donor's choice.
