Blasczak of Greensburg, Indiana, born in Cleveland, Ohio, who passed away on February 1, 2023, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Adam Blasczak and Juanita Blasczak. He is survived by: his wife Melissa R. Kamman; his sons, Dylan Blasczak and Noah Blasczak; his grandson Cothran Blasczak; and his siblings, Pattie Krystofek (Eddie) and Al Blasczak.
