He was predeceased by : his parents, Shelby Sebastian and Mima Sebastian (May); his wife Patricia Sebastian; and his siblings, Chloe Swinford, Bessie Ploeger, Mildred Bechtold, Charles Sebastian, Ervine Sebastian, Ed Sebastian and Donnie Sebastian.

He is survived by : his sons, George Harold Sebastian (Amy Taylor) of Rushville and Robert Paul Sebastian (Amy Ramey) of Greensburg; his siblings, Mary Allen of Greenwood, Nola Peters of Greensburg, Sandra Adams of Westport, Sylvia England (Curtis) of Westport, Lina Jolliffe of Indianapolis and Dan Sebastian of Hamilton, Ohio; and his grandchildren, Adrian Sebastian, Sara Michalak, Logan Fletcher, Casey Burton, Emily Sebastian, Ashley Sebastian and Taylor Sebastian. He is also survived by 3 great grandchildren.
