He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Howard and Phyllis Howard (Caskey); and his wife Linda Howard (Doerflein). He is survived by: his children, Sonja Richards (Eric), Robert Howard (Penny) and Andy Frost; his grandchildren, Samantha Pattee (Spencer), Nathan Richards (Katie), Maria Bern, Robin Frost (Cody) and Jared Frost; and his brother Jay Howard. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Waskom Capitol Hill Chapel (1010 E Main St, Cambridge City, IN 47327). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
