He was predeceased by: his parents, Shelby Lewis and Annetta Walling; and his siblings, Keith Lewis, Harvey Lewis and Jewlden Lewis.
He is survived by: his children, Dena Kirkham (Joshua Kirkham) and Mario Lewis (Dena Libner); the mother of his children Giovanna Olivieri-Lewis; his grandchildren, Julia Kirkham, Nora Kirkham and Leo Lewis; his brother Charles Lewis; and his nieces and nephews, Brad Lewis, Wendy Hunt, Beth Brown, Mark Lewis and Mindy Lewis.
Visitors are requested to wear a mask while attending services for Chet.
