She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert D. Budd and Felicitas Diamant Budd. She is survived by: her sons, Michael Vertesch, Chris Vertesch and Kevin Vertesch; her grandchildren, Austin Vertesch, Lauren Vertesch and Noah Vertsch; her sister Linda Cronquist; and her former husband Ralph Lakes.
