She was predeceased by: her parents, W. Forest Burden (Jake) and Mary Ruth Burden (Stantz); her husband Ceward V. Collins; her siblings, Betty Jo Parks, Maxine Allman, Martha Simmons and Charles Burden; and her great grandchild Claire Tatom.
She is survived by: her children, Deborah Tatom (James) of Wilkinson, R. Rene White (Mike) of Fishers and Steven V. Collins of Greenfield; and her grandchildren, Shane Tatom (Amber), Chad Tatom (Melissa), Trisha Fajardo (Troy), Nathan White (Amy), Ashli Vickers (Steve) and Derek White (Emily). She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren; 9 great great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
