He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Edward and Lorraine Grace Gallagher (Delfs); his brother Dick Gallagher; and his grandson Phillip Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Deborah "Debbie" Gallagher (Dearmin); his children, Erin Patterson (Rob), Kenton Gallagher (Brandy), PJ Gallagher (Megan), Keri Johnson (Jessica) and Sean Gallagher (Monika Jozsa); his brother Dan Gallagher; his close friends, Jim Kaufmann and Tom Morrison; and his grandchildren, Lindsey, Ryan, Faith, Lauryn, Elias, Lacey, Ezra, Talon, Wesley, Keegan and Kendal.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Erlewein Mortuary & Crematory (1484 US-40, Greenfield, IN 46140). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
