He was predeceased by: his parents, William Elmer Collins and Virginia Marie Collins (Zapf); his wife Beaulah "Bea" Collins (Taylor); and his son Jerry Collins. He is survived by: his sons, William Ray Collins, Jr. and Dale Howard Collins (Kathy); his grandchildren, Bailey and Jack Collins; and his sister Linda Collins.
