Hamilton; her children, Sandra Miller (Bernie), Leslie Hamilton (Vickie), Dennis Hamilton (Trudy), Debbie Hamilton, David Hamilton (Teresa) and Ann Slaven (Jeff); and her grandchildren, Paige Codalata (Jon), Blake Miller, Jim Hamilton (Sherrie), Kelly Hamilton, Ginger Hamilton, Ashley Hamilton, Parker Slaven and Lauren Slaven. She is also survived by 12 great grandchildren.
